COMMODITIES
GLOBAL COMMODITY TRADE

Prime Deploy Projects (PDP) operates within international commodity markets, with a primary focus on refined petroleum products through PDP FUEL and a secondary focus on selected strategic minerals.
Our business is built around established supply relationships, qualified international demand and disciplined transaction execution. PDP follows a verification-first approach, designed to establish the identity, authority, capability and commercial standing of counterparties before progressing to formal transaction documentation.
DUE DILIGENCE & TRANSACTION PROCESS
Each opportunity is assessed through a structured process commencing, where appropriate, with an NCNDA (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement) to protect confidential information, introductions and commercial relationships. Counterparties are thereafter required to provide a CIS (Client Information Sheet) and relevant corporate information for identification and qualification.
PDP then undertakes appropriate independent and/or institutional due diligence, which may include corporate verification, KYC/AML and sanctions screening, financial capability assessment, product and supply verification and, where required, authorised bank-to-bank or institutional verification.
Only once the relevant parties and opportunity have satisfied PDP's qualification requirements does the transaction progress to the commercial stage.

STRATEGIC MINERALS
Selected opportunities involving strategic and high-value minerals are considered where credible supply, verifiable product and qualified international demand can be demonstrated.
For petroleum transactions, this typically progresses through the appropriate commercial documentation, including an ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order), followed by an FCO (Full Corporate Offer) and ultimately the negotiation and execution of the applicable SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement). Financial instruments, inspection, logistics and delivery requirements thereafter proceed in accordance with the agreed contractual structure and transaction procedure.
VERIFY FIRST. TRANSACT SECOND.
PDP prioritises credible counterparties, verifiable supply and executable transactions over unnecessary intermediary chains — with the objective of developing repeat, long-term international trading relationships.
